每天在午飯時間讀一點，花瞭將近七個月纔讀完。前段描寫奧斯維辛的黑暗，然而最打動人的是那種不顧一切竭盡所能要活下去的決心。後端描寫迴傢的路程，從白俄羅斯坐火車迴意大利，讀來幾乎有魔幻感。最後的結語實在發人深省。Levi的語言感性理性交織，魅力十足。

總覺得沒有primo levi寫的另一本the drowned and the saved好。
