安东尼・吉登斯（Anthony Giddens） 1938年出生于英国，

是当代西方著名的社会学理论巨匠。曾长期在剑桥大学国王学

院（KING’SCOILEGE）任社会学教授，现任伦敦经济――政治

学院（LSE）院长、70年代初以来，他撰写或主编了《社会的构

成》、《现代性的后果》、《民族―国家与暴力》等三十多部著作，这
