评分看完瞭 The 12 Week Year 這本書，書中的概念其實就是季度計劃的翻版，12 周作為一個計劃的周期（而不是年度計劃）這個概念是很好的，就是作者寫得太囉嗦瞭，不建議閱讀，看一下 how to 部分即可。
