珍惜每一美元是本书PART ONE以及它能成为沃尔玛最受顾客光顾的关键。其次是“谦虚经营”,他尊重对他所建立的原则发起挑战的人,讨厌唯唯诺诺,尽管他一直在与这样的人斗,但SAM真心尊敬这些人。 序言部分的文字较煽情,典型的美式作风。纸张也很轻薄,适合一小时内的阅读。

本应去年6月做电商实习前看的书,结果拖到毕业看完。这回终于也算用学校的钱支持了一会正版。。。

英文文字比较简单,读起来不累。 应该说不是第一个进入折扣店行列,但是最早的一批,抓住了零售行业发展趋势,通过领先物流行业、信息系统等后台构建,快速扩张。不过最重要的还是SAm说的努力工作,以客户满意为导向,通过利益,文化及事业等各方面的综合作用,激励及凝聚员工。
