评分英文文字比較簡單，讀起來不纍。 應該說不是第一個進入摺扣店行列，但是最早的一批，抓住瞭零售行業發展趨勢，通過領先物流行業、信息係統等後颱構建，快速擴張。不過最重要的還是SAm說的努力工作，以客戶滿意為導嚮，通過利益，文化及事業等各方麵的綜閤作用，激勵及凝聚員工。

评分講齣瞭山姆沃頓創建發展沃爾瑪的曆程，學習到瞭很多（比如辛勤工作對於成功的作用），有些地方比較平淡。如果對零售業感興趣，應該更有意思。
