评分電磁波部分寫的極差，反正我是轉暈瞭。因此對我來說這是個優秀的靜電/靜磁教材，換句話說就是沒什麼卵用的教材。介紹上寫的useful to graduate students，看不齣來（難道是因為用瞭高斯單位製？！）。
