很經典也很簡單。一些有用的概念:目標觀眾target audiences，visitors和users，evaluation和research，flow experience。梳理瞭觀眾研究在英美的一些文獻，並且十分強調展覽評估和市場調查在博物館中的作用，迴過頭來看確實是有先見之明的。目標觀眾的概念很重要！
