有点像纪实文学，居然读着没有“嗷嗷”过瘾的感觉。应该让暴风雨来得更猛烈些，更酣畅淋沥，更入木三分。也许因为这些事都发生在身边，反而见怪不怪，普通人的生活就是这样温吞吞地悲哀着，日复一日。感谢上苍，我们还能保有善良的本质。
评分读罢全书，没有大起大落的悲和喜。但心里会有些异样，不知是感叹人与社会的“伪和谐”，还是同情自己也像主人公一样，为了某些原因而不得不终日带着“面具”违心地做事。严歌苓这种最“慈悲”的文字批判，犹如对整个社会良知的一记耳光，不知能打醒多少人？
评分作者似乎想把能想到的社会现象都写进这本书里，但是连接的很生硬，让人觉得编造痕迹太强。或许和身在国外，更多通过别人的渠道而不是自己感同身受书里描写的社会有关。（读过《金陵十三钗》也有同感，感觉作者只是在拼图一样拼历史片断，拼接处胶水痕迹太重） 作者写主人公，...
