这是我看的作者第二本书。文笔非常朴实，通俗易懂；他也很注重告诉沟通的方法。这本书虽然简单，但需要一些心理学和禅学的基础，所以不是适和所有的人。尤其是这本书并没有举太多的例子，有点遗憾。一句话总结的话就是沟通是先从了解自己，与自己沟通开始。
