评分可以翻譯成《無為師道》。“練習，就像在沙地上原地畫圈，像是在重復，但每一圈又是新的，而且沙圈的深度確是在變化的。” 和那本《心之道》很像，讀完一遍又貌似沒讀，可能一些淺顯的真相道理隻要落在紙上總是看上去像廢話吧。書配的冥想音頻很適閤放鬆催眠。
