In this beautiful and lucid guide, Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh offers gentle anecdotes and practical exercise as a means of learning the skills of mindfulness--being awake and fully aware. From washing the dishes to answering the phone to peeling an orange, he reminds us that each moment holds within it an opportunity to work toward greater self-understanding and peacefulness.

又是一本终终终于读完的书
评分not dwelling on unconditioned. "He meditates on the unreal, impermanent, unoriginated, nonpossessed, and markless nature of dharma but does not abandon his career concerning merits, concentration and wisdom."
评分Very simple and very profound at the same time. It gives me some new perspectives on being mindful, especially the story in chapter 7.
评分I really get the importance of mindfulness but reading is far from enough
