這書實在太好 - 從形上學開首的名句起頭解釋所有亞里斯多德哲學的重要面向。其中談邏輯一章基本上是他的另一本作品 Aristotle's Logical Theory 的簡化版，同樣值得推薦。Lear 這幾年不作亞里斯多德轉向心理分析去了，雖然同樣有敏銳度，但照我看不及他早些年這些著作來得好。
