信息很明确：local politics matter. 虽然是“游记”但不乏洞见，更有趣的是对执政前的莫迪这位“most effective official in India”几处有意无意的描写反倒使其今日的形象更加鲜明。从电力改革到对气候变化的关注铺垫了当前印度的政策走向，而历史的发展也部分印证了作者的观点。全球权力的分散化和次国家行为体的崛起的确是时新又现实的话题啊。

做翻译实践用的，特意上网找了资源。翻译了中国的部分。感觉还是非常可观的。也有稍微提到一些中国政治屏蔽的事件。整篇读下来也不难，还是比较适合学习的。
