選看瞭其中幾篇，就三大短篇巨匠的對比來看，莫泊桑最好，契科夫次之，歐亨利最差。我想，這或許是因為我英語不過關，讀不懂。因為畢竟前兩個的英文版也都是譯本。

2015年8月1日 6:30起床后读了1、2两篇，分别是O Henry的After Twenty Years和 W. S. Gilbert 的Angela。故事简短易懂，比较有趣，尤其是第一篇，短小精悍，发人深省，第二篇差了一点看到开头就猜到了结尾，在布局谋篇方面有雕琢的痕迹，张力不足，后面解释他对安吉拉姑娘种种行...
