Gravitas is from embracing difficulties, humility, smiling more, cutting to the chase, more narratives, showing effort on your looks, opening up for candid feedback, framing arguments for bigger interest.
评分flipped through during the biz trip...as a reminder worth re-reading from time to time... all of the qualities are common senses but need huge efforts to grind in. and it applies to a universal working culture. yes I mean even in Japan. grace under fire is my nightmare ;-p
