美国第一版，做的很精致，几乎每页都有配图，不过他这么出书还真是吸金啊。。。

20150308,在Portland Powell's Bookstore读完了。插画配上“typewriter”字体让这本本来就有些阴暗的书更引人入胜。不建议小孩子读，adult book。
