in this book. First, as expected, the origin of Spidey from Amazing Adult Fantasy #15. Then, "The Final Chapter" from Spider-Man #33, arguably the greatest Spider-Man story ever (the one where he's pinned under a gigantic piece of machinery that prevents him from saving Aunt May). Then, "Spider-Man No More" from issue #50, where Peter Parker gives up being Spider-Man and throws his costume into the trash in an iconic image used in one of Sam Raimi's movies. Then, "The Kid Who Collects Spider-Man," from S-M #248, an oft-reprinted charmer where Spidey drops in on a child who's his biggest fan. We follow with "Whatever Happened to Crusher Hogan," a story featuring the wrestler Peter defeated right after getting his powers and before becoming a costumed superhero; it's from Spider-Man #271. Next, from S-M #317, "The Sand and the Fury" featuring Venom (I'll bet you thought it would be the Sandman). This brings us to "Fathers and Sins" from Spider-Man #365, where our hero saves The Lizard's son from his reptilian father. Finally, "The Osborn Legacy" from Spectacular S-M #189, where Harry Orborn as the Green Goblin threatens his wife and son.
