作者本人念的，还不错。以新兴事物: online shaming，来探讨有关shame的心理学/社会学层面的属性，没有触及到本质啦；蛮多地方还蛮可取的，不过不coherent，没有形成自己的理论，而是很多observation。案例还是很有意思的。
