作者介绍：贾德•鲁本菲尔德就读过普林斯顿大学、尤利亚德戏剧学院和哈佛大学法学院，现在是耶鲁大学法学院副院长、讲座教授。鲁本菲尔德最近出版的的著作是《司法革命：美国宪法的结构》（哈佛大学出版社，2005年）和备受称赞的《时间和自由：自治的宪政理论》（耶鲁大学出版社，2001年）。
