评分可以从作品中看到这确实是一位很有实力并且经验丰富的作家，文笔生动，理论也很扎实，并且书后面很清晰列出了各种各样非常厚实的reference list。（生词也很多，读到2/3已经没有耐心查字典了…） 在探讨人类、环境和其他生物的关系时也是非常理性和克制的，不会抨击自己不认同的观点，在探讨的时候就是单纯探讨，没有想要通过作品的影响力去达到私人目的，这是让我觉得很敬佩的地方。
