因为电影降临才拿起这本书，但是当时拼命想买这本书的初衷却是因为巴别塔，20年前上大学的时候偶然在网上看到过，特别喜欢，记得后来还特意打印出来了。不过不太认同这是什么科幻小说，更像奇幻和科学寓言的结合体。天使那篇看的让人不寒而栗。而你一生的故事如果没有电影的进一步诠释估计会看不懂。其他的几篇比较一般，感觉Ted Chiang很有想法，又有很多硬知识硬理论的基础，但是就是差那么一点儿，要驾驭长篇可能还欠火候。

90年代就有这样清奇的脑洞也是不错的但因为自己不算是一个科幻迷以及电影”降临“系列仅仅只是其中的一个章节始终莫名有种被欺骗的感觉

Story, Hell, Babylon三篇很好，剩下的一般般。姜峯楠的小说质量差别其实有迹可循：探讨决定论和自由的作品通常都很好，探讨其他主题的就很一般，几乎都是打着科幻幌子的哲学小论文。
