At 7:15 PM Leo has a date with a vampire. For months now, whenever he has visited his grandfather at the graveyard, Leo has been exchanging notes with Julio, a vampire who lives in a nearby tomb with his family. They arrange to meet one night when Leo's parents are away and have a great time-until his parents return unexpectedly. Julio is trapped in the basement, and Leo worries that he'll disappear if he's still there when the sun comes up. Leo tells his parents the truth, and they help cover Julio from the sun and return him to the graveyard. They think it's all a joke, but when Julio disappears into his family's tomb, they have to think again. Leo and Julio is the touching story of a most unusual friendship.
