评分靈媒RouWenHuang提到的三種精靈的形態，其中Goblin和Elf與人類的頻率很接近，所以我們是有機會看見精靈的。Goblin差不多3公分，一般在鞦鼕齣現，他們不好看，但會怕冷。Elf差不多4-5公分，感覺很像蚊子飛來飛去，他們聲音尖銳，有時候會一閃而過。這些精靈在高頻的時候持續1秒左右會被人類肉眼看見，所以我們覺得他們是一閃而過。還有一種是屬於Fairy類，他們會齣現在大自然中，往往沒有翅膀，非常精緻，長相漂亮，身邊會有霧氣保護自己。
