詹姆斯·克劳森（James G. Clawson），美国弗吉尼亚大学达顿商学院约翰逊与希金斯工商管理教授。他先后获得斯坦福大学文学士、杨百翰大学工商管理硕士和哈佛大学商业管理博士学位，曾在哈佛商学院、日本国际大学、美国东北大学任教。克劳森教授的主要研究方向包括领导学、组织变革、组织领导、组织绩效、职业生涯管理等。他长期为惠普、通用电气、可口可乐、安永、BAE系统公司、USAA国际基金、汉莎航空、美国全国州议会会议等企业和组织担任顾问。他出版有《平衡生活》《创建学习型文化》《组织中的实际问题》《自我评估与职业发展》等十余部著作。
