查self-loathing資料的時候找到的，嚴格說不是心理學書籍，而是禪修書籍。但是很多觀點蠻有啓發意義的，比如self-hating的循環：憎惡自己（某些特徵），認為“應該”改變，努力“改變”，壓力暴增，用憎恨的方式“奬勵”自己，固化特徵。解決之道：完全接納自己。方式：冥想，專注當下。
