非常old-school的访谈法，仅适用于一对一的深度访谈。正由于其集中讨论这一种方法，有许多非常有建设性的、细节性的要点。比如留意受访者所说的marker，从语言用词判断是generalized的fact还是concrete的fact，并引导受访者进入具体事例的回溯，进一步探寻其当时的行为动因和心理感受。分析访谈资料的2×2typology挺有意思，但似乎解释得不太到位啊。。。
