羅伯特•M.奇蒂諾（Robert M. Citino），美國軍事曆史作傢，現代德國軍事史研究方麵的泰鬥，在第二次世界大戰與德國對現代作戰理論的影響方麵有傑齣成就。曾在北德剋薩斯大學（the University of North Texas）、伊利湖學院（Lake Erie College）、東密歇根大學（Eastern Michigan University）、西點軍校（United States Military Academy at West Point）和美國陸軍戰爭學院（the United States Army War College）擔任學術職位，現任美國陸軍部曆史谘詢小組委員會（the Historical Advisory Subcommittee of the Department of the Army）主席。
