一个早期痴呆患者的自传. 虽然记忆力变差, 说话不灵但是好像写作思路仍然可以. 书里很详细地记录了她是(1)如何重新规划退休后的生活的, 例如如何布置/改造室内使其对痴呆患者更友好, (2)如何向他人和社会宣传早期痴呆没有那么可怕希望能得到大家与其病症严重程度相匹配的对待 (让痴呆患者觉得没有被社会抛弃对患者是很重要的), (3)如何改变自己的期待, 从计划好未来好多年变为过好当下每一天. 此外最重要的2条感觉是: 要有孩子, 要有smart home.

Wendy的文字读起来很轻松,有些掩盖了她做出这些努力的不易,她绝对是相当相当相当坚强的。(cuppa对英国人来说真是太重要了哈哈)
