A native of Black Creek, Wisconsin, Terri graduated from Seymour High School and the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. She was a reporter and editor at the Oshkosh Northwestern daily newspaper for five years before beginning her felllance writing career. In her spare time, Terri plays soccer and reads. She enjoys cross-country skiing and attending plays with her husband, Denis, and swimming, biking, and playing with their three children- Kyle, Rachel, and Emily.
