读了一章就有点读不下去了，太鸡汤。 再去外网看了网友们的评价，几乎都一致觉得，这是作者作为一个富裕阶层的，无病呻吟。
评分我个人并不喜欢通过自己的经验来总结人生哲学，因为你总结出来的，真的只能给黄毛丫头给点指引，我们这些中年妇女跟你总结的也差不多。。要么你写自传。不然这些烂大街的人生经验总结，真的人人都已经花了时间和眼泪总结到了。还有，不要老让人去看Therapist。
评分更适合“说”出来的一本书，像即兴长讲稿。典型的美式车轱辘鸡血。如果作者分享的故事都为真，那确实是个厉害人。
