评分我個人並不喜歡通過自己的經驗來總結人生哲學，因為你總結齣來的，真的隻能給黃毛丫頭給點指引，我們這些中年婦女跟你總結的也差不多。。要麼你寫自傳。不然這些爛大街的人生經驗總結，真的人人都已經花瞭時間和眼淚總結到瞭。還有，不要老讓人去看Therapist。
评分更適閤“說”齣來的一本書，像即興長講稿。典型的美式車軲轆雞血。如果作者分享的故事都為真，那確實是個厲害人。
评分開啓我的audio books之旅，有幾章還是很有共鳴的，生活有的時候需要雞湯補充點能量。
