Drugs, sex, partying... These tropes get tired real fast. Would love to hear the songs, though.

我實在太愛這本書瞭（有私心：我偏愛樂隊背後的故事）。它獨特在對同一件事每個人用不同地方式迴憶和敘述（並且在發現作者是J的時候會完全改變你之前的一些想法，每個人敘述的對象其實不是一個陌生人），幾乎完整地展示瞭relationships可以有多復雜。我對這個樂隊每個人都不是單純的喜歡或討厭（D其實是個很糟糕的人），每個人都有自己的特質，隻是B和D作為絕對的主角更讓人牽動。真的太希望這個樂隊是真實的瞭（書後有所有歌詞，就像那些歌真的存在一樣）。讀到最後“Tell your father I said at the very least, the two of them owe me a song”就像扳動瞭某個開關，說不清是遺憾D的離開、樂隊的解散，感動C的理解，還是期待D和B真的會再閤作一首歌。

其實我並不知道這位女歌手，也沒聽說過這個樂隊。完全是因為這本書是good readers 評齣來的最佳閱讀什麼的。聽書的時候就想起瞭張淺潛和北京樂與路。也莫名想起瞭青春時代對這種“頹廢”文化的摯愛。但是一切都這麼遙遠瞭，這樣想起來真是有點悲傷。。
