花瞭一天時間掃讀全書。作者沒有食言，前半本是寫給零基礎的讀者，後半本逐漸深入。歸根結底還是怎麼用Linux/Unix的command line. 另外，書中大部分GUI插圖已過時。可能這本書剛齣來的時候比較實用，鑒於當時Linux係統還沒有大範圍流行，因此讀者中不乏小白。但今天再看，這本書的內容有些冗餘：很難想象找Linux的書來看的人會是純小白。估計整本書可以壓縮到一百頁之內
