L inda Meeks and Philip Heit
are Professors Emeriti of Health
Education in The College of Education
atThe Ohio State University. They are
Co-CEOs of Meeks Heit Publishing
Company. Linda and Phil have
collaborated for twenty years, co-
authoring more that 150 health books
for students preschool through
college. Their books have been
used to educate millions of students
of all ages about health. Meeks Heit
books are used in thousands of
school districts throughout the
United States as well as in Japan,
England, Puerto Rico, Spain, Egypt,
Jordan, and the Virgin Islands.
