Every body is divinely inspired， superbly de-<br >signed， awesome in the complex way it s put together and wonderful in the<br >simple， economical way it works. Every body can be vital， strong and flex-<br >ible， moving through life with grace and assurance， totally healthy--not just<br >some of the time but most of the time. Every body can be improved， inside<br >and outside， because the body potential is hardly ever realized.<br > Now let me tell you that I did not always think that every body was<br >beautiful. That understanding of individual body beauty~ and the ability to<br >help people discover and feel it， came about after many years of watching<br >and doing， without my really knowing that 1 was coming to that kind of<br >awareness.<br > It began with my early experience as a dancer when I becan~e aware of<br >the dramatic changes in my own body after studying good movement tech-<br >niques and putting them to daily use， making my brain work with my body.<br >Then came years of choreographing and training dancers and other per-<br >formers who were not dancers but who needed to use their bodies to enhance<br >and project their performances on stage.
