The Inches-Off Diet Book is the best diet book I have ever read, or used. I first used it in 1969 and recently reread it to use again. I have tried many, many diets and have lost weight on all of them, but this is by far the easiest to implement. ... In this book, Dr. Stillman doesn t list just one diet. He lists about 40 diets, each perfectly valid in its own right. Use one diet religiously, or mix and match.
