作为黑格尔小白感觉很受帮助，清晰明白。（看到讲institution和moral commitment那里的时候发现《神圣的帷幕》的框架完全就是这个）黑格尔作为进阶康德，为自身立法在实然上的有效性在于，理智的各种倾向不是某种认知范式的必然性，而是self-determination之中包含现实性的、实践的必然倾向。
