My Antonia,that had so much good in her,had come home disgraced.
评分文学阅读课要求读的课外书…“I could almost believe that a boy and girl ran along beside me,as our shadows used to do,laughing and whispering to each other in the grass.”画面感好强。很喜欢Antonia，无论怎样都没有放弃对生活的热情，尤其是在最后一章里，不过11个孩子也太多了吧……（。）喜欢看她在农场里劳动的部分，为什么非要嫁人不可，虽然Cuzak是个好男人 T T
评分Cather's rich and vivid depictions of the beautiful countryside broadened my horizon to a realm not unfamiliar but somehow dismissed previously. I keep thinking about my mom while reading the book. The hardship of her childhood still has visible traces on her face, but I bet she wouldn't want to have lived otherwise.
