其實是像一節lecture一樣的書，完全可以做成ppt講上半小時一小時內容就很清楚瞭。第二章creating an environment for successful audits和第五章audit preparation對我的理解和知識方麵有幫助，尤其是finding要和ROI掛鈎，和process model這兩塊是新信息，印象比較深。其他部分相對來說更多像是一種強調和提醒。全書其實隻有91頁，93到157都是和cd裏的template的打印版，在我看來完全是為瞭湊頁數賣錢，所以扣一星……
