好看，但没有预期中“比the Martian更成熟更好看”的那么好看。话痨nerdy男主内心os的写法还是很流畅好读，但宇宙设定实在太傻白甜和谐美好了（看的时候真的很快乐啊）。而且我远离物理这么久了，这次却比the martian发现了更多的物理quibbles。我一半audiobook一半纸版地读完的（书到了等不及了想看完结局），但最后脑子里还是audiobook里Rocky重要的事情说三遍的声音：Bad bad bad！ Good good good!

an amazing story about a sience teacher and an alien engineer making friendship and cooperating to save their homeworlds from a dimming stars crisis in another solar system. nonetheless, I highly doubt that the project will be successful at the very start on the earth in light of the division and chaos when humankind dealt with the covid pandemic.

这简直就是科技男的马丽苏啊！只身一人勇闯外星，居然还碰上了一个外星好基友，两人携手过关，克服重重困难，拯救地球和Erid星球。其中一个比较大的bug就是对Adriel 这个astrophage 的发源地居然没有进一步探索看有没有智能生命。还是佩服作者扎实功底，想象力非常，各种问题一个接一个，再加上nerdy 的幽默，读危机一环扣一环。但是总觉?️格局小了点。印象最深的是两位被炸死的科学家坦率的sex以及别人八卦主角和女上司。最终我们是科幻不是言情小说?

安迪·威尔刚出版的书，很好看。尺度和科幻内核相对于《火星救援》都大大增加了，长度也长了四分之一不止，肝了一个多星期看完了。总体来说工程的成分还是偏多，符合作者的特质。仍富有乐观精神和幽默感。感觉如果情节紧凑一些可能会更好。预计中文版可能会有极少文字的删改。
