很神奇的一本书，从图书馆借来以后，没有看序没有看简介就开始正文的阅读。和宿舍的姐妹一起交流，深深折服于其中的想法和道理，相当与时俱进，看完以后回头再看序、作者简介，吃惊，这样的一本书竟然写成于那么久之前，差异，原来很久很久以前的人很多想法是如此和现代人相似...

随手拿起的书，被简单的封面所吸引，便开始阅读。读着这个生活在维多利亚时期的女子的小心思，猜想着她应该是这样的一个女子：中产阶级，一般姿色，会为自己的账单发愁，偶尔打打零工，给自己补贴点零用钱，每年去乡村度假，有自己的思想，不像社交圈里其他等着出嫁小姐…… ...
