Sophia Gardens has undergone major redevelopment to become a ECB rated 'A' category ground and 2009 will see a much-coveted Ashes Test match played in the Welsh capital. The book will include chapters on the very early history of the ground from 1858 right through to the 2007 ODI between England and India, as well as reports and scorecards, playing records, statistics and interviews with players past and present.
