评分高中時學口譯看瞭很多UN文件，韆年發展目標聽得耳朵起繭。前幾章讀著讀著怎麼越來越像一加長版的UN文件，查瞭一下作者，竟然是MDG的顧問。這書論廣不論深，嚴格來講不算學術著作吧，但是融閤總結瞭很多不同的school，從哈耶剋到social democrats從varieties of capitalism到welfare state。對美國的棍棒外交政策的批判是全書高光。
