Jolyon Attwooll

Born in Sydney' King George V Memorial hospital, Jolyon spent his primary school years in Australia before upping sticks to England. This project was perfectly timed: during a recent Ashes series Jolyon almost supported the English cricket team, an urge that thankfully subsided after time with his Sydneysider friends.

Jolyon wrote the Excursions chapter, the history and architecture sections of the Background chapter, as well as most of the walking tours in the Neighbourhoods chapter.
