这应该是本推广读物，但我一开始当学术作品读了。我本身对人世欢愉有种不信任，刚开始看这种书的时候也带着一种怀疑的态度。我以看学术的心态开始看，在看前两章的时候一直在想，定义在哪里，积极心理学的定义在哪里？也许是积极二字本身就模糊，或者是我自己...

春节期间读完并完成笔记。相对原来读过的塞林格曼的书，有理论高度，从进化论角度解释积极情绪的作用。触动比较大的是对不同绩效商业团队的对比，3：1的积极率，以及建立积极情绪档案袋。准备身体力行，尝试建立。这个系列读的第二本书，准备进一步展开主题阅读。
