本来打算发论坛，写着写着变长就直接书评吧 看了不到三分之一忍不住上来说一下，因为还没看完，所以不好写书评，本书作者被积极心理学教父塞利格称为“积极心理学领域的天才”，还是个女的 首先可以确定的是，这是本好书，越到后面越好，貌似很多实用技巧都在后面，对普通人...

这应该是本推广读物，但我一开始当学术作品读了。 我本身对人世欢愉有种不信任，刚开始看这种书的时候也带着一种怀疑的态度。 我以看学术的心态开始看，在看前两章的时候一直在想，定义在哪里，积极心理学的定义在哪里？也许是积极二字本身就模糊，或者是我自己...
