这本是教如何利用Mathematica作为一个高级计算器的书，涵盖了基本操作、作图、微积分、微分方程、线性代数等基本数学问题如何在Mathematica中解决。这本书我通读了一遍，做了大部分的习题，感觉作为入门教材还挺不错，能够快速上手。但是本书并未涉及Mathematica编程的内容，若要学习的话要另找其他的教材。关于Mathematica编程的书有：1. Paul R. Wellin, An Introduction to Programming with Mathematica. 2. Leonid Shifrin, Mathematica Programming - an advanced introduction.
