今天读完了第一章 12/3 读完第三章 12 /13 第四章 12/14 第五章第六章 12/16 12/19清晨，读完第八章 12/30 完成第十章 5/5 终于结束对这本书的感受挺复杂，我不是100%接受作者的观点，但是，他真的是一个很好的作者，很好的医生，很好的治愈者。 "成瘾"这个问题，不管东方西方，实在还有很长的路要走。
