当时读完The Biology of Desire马克的这本书，十分喜欢成瘾≠疾病的argument。我和成瘾患者打交道不深，但有一点点自己的心得：飞蛾扑火在我们的语言里是对自取灭亡者的蔑视，但是仔细想想看，飞蛾真的想毁灭自己么？飞蛾只是遵循本能飞向光和热，扑上的恰好是一团火罢了。从自我毁灭的病态成瘾到无伤大雅的日常习惯，我们可以学习太多：本能、习惯、自我、生物的境遇以及环境。地藏菩萨发誓去地狱渡人，但是被卡在炼狱里的饿鬼离我们更近——那些为了逃避地狱般精神痛楚的人类，不小心被卡在了那。
