"Realm of hungry ghost"指的是餓鬼道。人待在成癮的餓鬼道，是為瞭不墮入地獄啊。
评分今天讀完瞭第一章 12/3 讀完第三章 12 /13 第四章 12/14 第五章 第六章 12/16 12/19清晨，讀完第八章 12/30 完成第十章 5/5 終於結束 對這本書的感受挺復雜，我不是100%接受作者的觀點，但是，他真的是一個很好的作者，很好的醫生，很好的治愈者。 "成癮"這個問題，不管東方西方，實在還有很長的路要走。

评分當時讀完The Biology of Desire馬剋的這本書，十分喜歡成癮≠疾病的argument。我和成癮患者打交道不深，但有一點點自己的心得：飛蛾撲火在我們的語言裏是對自取滅亡者的衊視，但是仔細想想看，飛蛾真的想毀滅自己麼？飛蛾隻是遵循本能飛嚮光和熱，撲上的恰好是一團火罷瞭。從自我毀滅的病態成癮到無傷大雅的日常習慣，我們可以學習太多：本能、習慣、自我、生物的境遇以及環境。地藏菩薩發誓去地獄渡人，但是被卡在煉獄裏的餓鬼離我們更近——那些為瞭逃避地獄般精神痛楚的人類，不小心被卡在瞭那。
