我讀到的第一本用 Python 解決領域專業問題的書，非常好。太喜歡瞭這本書裏麵描寫的內容倒不是特彆和我的研究相關，這本書主要是關於分子模擬的。但是這本書裏麵的代碼，特彆是Python代碼的結構非常值得研究。也是配套的pDynamo庫的說明書。上個鏈接 http://www.rm1.sparkle.pro.br/rm1-software/pdynamo，非常推薦。
